Shipping Policy

We work with reliable fulfillment partners to deliver LomuraOrb™ safely and efficiently to customers around the world. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is completed. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may extend to 4–8 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email when your order ships.

Shipping Time

We offer Free Tracked Shipping to all countries we currently ship to.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Europe & UK: 9–12 business days

USA & Canada: 7–10 business days

Please note that these are general estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary based on warehouse location, courier load, local postal service, holidays, or customs delays. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, delivery speed is outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to start appearing after dispatch.

Countries We Ship To

We ship to selected countries including Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. If your country does not appear at checkout, we currently cannot ship there.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Switzerland & EU customers: VAT is already included in your order total when applicable, and no additional import taxes are typically due.
  • USA, Canada, UK customers: Most packages arrive without extra fees, but if duties apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • All other regions: Local customs authorities may charge duties, taxes, or handling fees. These are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient. We are not responsible for customs delays or additional fees charged by local authorities.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Lost packages caused by address errors
  • Reshipping costs for orders returned due to incorrect address entry

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

A package is considered lost if it has not arrived within 30 days after shipment. In such cases, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation. Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier are not eligible for refund or reshipment.

If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please:

  • Check with household members
  • Check common delivery spots (mailbox, porch)
  • Contact your local post office
  • Contact your local courier

If you still cannot locate your package after these steps, contact us and we will assist as best as possible, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed for carrier-marked deliveries.

Delays Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Extreme weather
  • Public holidays
  • Logistics shortages
  • Courier delays or strikes
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

These factors are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.
