Refund & Return Policy

We want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. To ensure fairness and transparency, we offer a straightforward refund policy focused on quality issues only.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters processing automatically and cannot be cancelled, even if it has not yet shipped. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

Returns

For hygiene, safety and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns for any non-defective items. This includes returns due to change of mind, choosing the wrong color, ordering by mistake, not wanting the item anymore, or shipping delays outside our control. Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Quality Issues

We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, malfunctioning, or incorrect (wrong color or product variant).

To request help, please email support@lomuraorb.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description, and photos or video clearly showing the issue.

Once approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation. You do not need to return the item unless we specifically request it.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived 30 days after shipment, we will provide a free replacement or refund.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Rule

Under EU law, customers may normally cancel within 14 days unless the product is excluded for hygiene, safety, or opened-use reasons. Because our product must be opened to function and cannot be resold once handled, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once the item is unsealed or used.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed without your refund, contact us at support@lomuraorb.com.
